As far as I am concerned, this company and their employees are the best in the business. They not only came in and did the work that they were contracted to do but they also made a very difficult situation enjoyable. For the two and a half days they were there, I felt like I was cleaning out my deceased parent's home with a group of my friends rather than a group of people I didn't previously know. I can't call them strangers because each person was laid back and easy going yet extremely professional when they needed to be. I also can't say enough good things about Kristin, the owner. She was a pleasure to deal with and felt like a friend rather than someone that I had a business arrangement with. She was straight forward, up front and very easy to get along with. I know that I've rambled on and on and I'm sorry. We are not hoarders by any stretch but while caring for a special needs child, 3 other kids, pets, one parent working in the military and the stay home parent dealing with various medical challenges, the cleanliness and clutter of our home just got out of hand. We needed some help just getting to baseline level to get the home to a manageable level where we can do routine things routinely again. I called Teresa Hodges and she sent three folks out to help us out and in one day they got all the trash and clutter out, while I was at work and my wife was home! Now we are at a point where we can breathe! Being able to eat at the dinner table as a family was huge! One thing, they are a little pricier than I thought they would be but you get what you pay for! It was worth every penny to have peace of mind and a clean and orderly home in a single day.
